I don't understand my brain sometimes.
I just woke up from a nice long nap…in which I had yet another weird dream.
I was at the mall with my mom and some friends, and suddenly there was some event going on. Turns out, Aoi (now ex. Ayabie) was the guest. As the guy was announcing him, he said there was a surprise guest, too! And it was…Ryohei (Megamasso/ex. Ayabie)! I freaked out and started doing heart signs to him (why..?...

Apparently, losing three pounds means an inch off...
I somehow lost three pounds at the beginning of Christmas break and have been struggling to gain them back.
I just measured myself after getting back to my dorm, and my waist is now 23”?!
Now I’m not sure I WANT to gain them back. lol.

#1 on my bucket list
I’ve never really had a bucket list, but I realized that before I die, I need to cash in on the one major benefit of being an Ecuadorian citizen: being able to go to the Galapagos Islands for cheap.
It’s just proving to be difficult to find prices anywhere online. I may have to check the official Ecuadorian site and brush up on my rusty Spanish :|

Interesting article by the NY Times. I’ve found that the exchange students who come to CSU from Japan almost universally end up making a Facebook and fairly enjoying it, often keeping in touch with friends they met here in the US. I do think it’s just a fear of the unknown that’s keeping the country at large from accepting it.
